In popular RuneScape worlds you can't see the messages of someone because they are flooded - But Jagex came up with this little cool thing, you can make your letters colorful.

The following table lists all codes required to change the colour of your text.

Colours
White:	Makes your text white
Purple:	Makes your text purple
Green:	Makes your text green
Red:	Makes your text red
Cyan:	Makes your text cyan

The following codes are how to create flashing and glowing text

Flash and glows
Flash1:	Makes your text flash between red and yellow
Flash2:	Flash between cyan and blue.
Flash3:	Flash between light green and dark green.
Glow1:	Text fades from red, to orange, to yellow, to green, to cyan.
Glow2:	Text fades from red, to magenta, to blue, to dark red, to red.
Glow3:	Text fades from white, to green, to white, to cyan.

The following tables list how to move your text.

Flash/Glow
Shake:	Text shakes.
Wave:	Text moves up then down.
Wave2:	Text moves diagonally.
Slide:	Text slides, up and down.
Scroll:	Text scrolls left to right.

You can also have coloured moving text by simply typing, your colour code folowing by your movement code.

A: - No, it isn't, making flash or colored letters is something Jagex designed for the game.
