1.0 [ Introduction ] This guide will show a wonderful and fun way to train Agility using the Brimhaven Agility Arena. And you can also get other items as well!
First, you will need food, take a full inventory of Cakes, they can be Chocolate Cakes, and wear Boots of Lightness if you can.
Next, head to Brimhaven, and just North of the gate separating the Members only area of Brimhaven from Karamja. North of that gate is a small bamboo hut with three NPC's in it.
Once you are there, talk to Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, and pay him to enter the Arena. (alternately, you can right-click on him and choose
Pay Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, and you won't have to talk to him) then go down the ladder in the hut to enter the Agility Arena.
Once you are down in the Arena, you will see a blinking red arrow on your Mini-map, the object of the Arena is to follow the
red arrow to a ticket dispenser and tag the dispenser, do this again once the arrow moves, and you will receive an Agility Arena Ticket!

Whenever the indicator in the upper right-hand corner

is lit
green, that means the next dispenser you tag will give you a ticket, when it is
red, you need to tag
two in a row to get a ticket.

5.0 [ Tips ] - When you fail an obstacle, a certain amount of Hitpoints dependant on the amount of hitpoints you have left will be taken away. It is best to keep your HP between ten and fifteen, so that when you fail an obstacle, only two Hitpoints will be taken away, which means your food lasts longer, which means more time in the Arena, that is why it is good to take Cakes, as a whole Cake heals twelve, and each slice heals four.
- Always remember where the Dart obstacles are so you can steer clear of them. Unless you have higher then seventy Agility, you will fail them most of the time, and it lowers you Agility when you fail. Even after seventy, it is wise to stay away from the Dart obstacles.
- Always have run on, not only does it mean you move faster to the dispenser, but you also are less likely to fail an obstacle if you have run on.
- Wear nothing else except for Boots of Lightness, as it lowers your weight, allowing you to run longer.

6.0 [ Frequently Asked Questions ] Q: How do I get out of the Arena?
A: - Go to the Northeast most platform and go up the ladder.
Q: How long does it take to get 1000 Tickets?
A: - Assuming you get every ticket, 16 hours and 40 minutes.
Q: Where can I get Boots of Lightness from?
A: - You must have started the Temple of Ikov Quest and be wearing the Pendant of Lucien. Go to the dungeon Northeast of Ardougne. Enter the dungeon and head West and you'll see some stairs leading off to an area that is completely black. Go in with a lit Candle (or another light source) and go to the Southeast most corner and slash the Web with a knife (or another slashing weapon). Go in and take the Boots of Lightness that respawn there.
