Walkthrough

1: Produce Drop:

Talk to Martin, he will tell you he has noticed a drop in the produce yielded by the Farmers, he wants you to investigate and find out why. Go talk to the Farmers at the allotments, bush patches, fruit tree patches, and hops patches. Talk to five different Farmers.

2: The Theories:

Every farmer will say it's a different thing.

• The first Farmer will say it is a lack of rain
• The second says that insects are eating too much of the crop.
• The third Farmer says it is the Adventurers that come and dig up the crops.
• The fourth Farmer says that the season are all out-of-whack.
• The fifth Farmer asks what all the other Farmers said, then says that the Fairies are to blame.

Go back to Martin and talk to him, and he will send you to look for Fairies to clear all this up. Head of to Zanaris to have a talk with the Fairies.

3: The Ill Queen:

Once in Zanaris, walk due South into the Cavern with the Slayer Master in it. Talk to the Fairy Godfather. He will tell you the Fairy Godmother is sick after fighting the monster Tanglefoot. He will then tell you to talk to Fairy Nuff. Go see her, she is North of the Bank in Zanaris. She will give you a list of symptoms that the Godmother is experiencing and tell you to take it to Zandar Horfire, who is on the top floor of the Dark Wizard Tower west of Falador. Talk to him, and he will tell you that only one person has ever fought a Tanglefoot and lived to see another day, Malignus Mortifer.

4: The Enchanted Secateurs:

Go talk to Malignus Mortifer, he is South of Falador, and slightly North West of Port Sarim. He will say that he will help you, if you bring him a skull from Draynor Manor. So go to Draynor Manor, make sure to have a spade, go around the back of the Manor, but within the fence. You will find a grave, dig when standing on the grave to unearth a Dranor Skull. Take it back to Malignus, and he will now tell you how to get Enchanted Secateurs, he will tell you need to have the Nature Spirit perform the Phasma Phasmatis Natura, and for this he will name three (3) items (they are different for each player) you will need to bring. Get those three (3) items, a Ghostspeak Amulet, and Sacateurs, and go to the Nature Altar and talk to the Nature Spirit. He will perform the spell and then give you Enchanted Secateurs.

5: Killing Tanglefoot:

Before you go to kill Tanglefoot, make sure you have good food, good Armour, and your Enchanted Secateurs. Now go back to Zanaris, and go to the part of Zanaris where the Cosmic Altar is, just West of that is a gap, and a Gate Keeper, who will let you in to see Tanglefoot. Walk down the path and where the path forks, keep going left, you will come to the chamber where Tanglefoot is. Make sure you are wielding the Enchanted Secateurs and attack Tanglefoot. After you kill him, he will drop a golden pair of Secateurs, the Queen's Secateurs. Pick those up and go back to the Fairy Godfather and talk to him, he will talk the Queen's Secateurs.
