Think of others while using a cannon. Try to use the least crowded area or world you can find so you aren't disrupting the play of others. This also helps you avoid confrontations from less mature players.

Walkthrough

Trufitus will ask you to get 5 Herbs, in this order:

*Snake Weed:
The first herb that Trufitus needs is called Snake Weed. Trufitus says it grows near water, which makes it hard to find, considering there is water all around you. Head south of the village, and across a small muddy bridge, past a few Jungle Spiders. Near the water there are several Marshy Jungle Vines, search one of them, and you get an unidentified herb, identify it, and it will be Snake Weed Take it back to Trufitus, and he will take it, and ask you to get another herb.

Ardrigal:
The next herb Trufitus asks you to get is an Ardrigal, to get it, head north of Trufitus' hut until you reach a cliff, and then head east, past the Level 47 Harpie Bug Swarms to a peninsula with several Palm Trees on it. Search one to find another unidentified herb, identify it, and it will be Ardrigal Bring this herb back to Trufitus to get another assignment.

Sito Foil:
The next herb, Sito Foil, grows well, Trufitus tells us, in areas that have recently been burned by fire. Go around the village, to the South side and there will be an area of Scorched Earth. Search it to find an unidentified herb, identify it, it will be Sito Foil and bring it back to Trufitus.

Volencia Moss:
The next herb Trufitus needs is commonly found clinging onto rocks that are constantly disturbed. Head southeast of the hut until you reach a group of rocks and search an the Northeast most one to find the herb. Identify it, once again, to see that it's Volencia Moss and go give it to Trufitus.

*Rogue's Purse:
The last herb is Rogues Purse. To find it, just head north to a cliff, follow it to the east, running through the Harpie Bug Swarms, and then follow the cliff west until you reach a pile of rocks. Search them and then enter the cave. Once inside, head east until you come to a split, take the south-most passage, and go all the way till you see Fungus on the wall that you can search, search one, and it will be Rogue's Purse Take it back to Trufitus to finish the quest.

*Note: If you are planning on doing Zogre Flesh Eaters Quest sometime in the near future, to save a trip to Karamja, get more than one Rogue's Purse, and Snake Weed, as they are needed in the quest, it is wise to get at least 3 of each.

Monsters: I would recommend not to bring armour, as it makes running more difficult, I recommend Boots of Lightness, and a teleport of some kind. To get past the various monsters, just walk until they attack you, then start to run.

Harpie Bug Swarms: Harpie bugs swarms
Run all the way to the Palm tree, then search it, and get out of there, they can hit up to 6s, and do so quite frequently on someone who doesn't have armour.

Tribesman: Tribesman
They will poison you if they attack you, so stay out of their way!

Jogre:
These guys will hit quite high as well, but there are two safe spots in the Dungeon, all the way at the end of the tunnel with the Rogue's Purse in it, on the Northeast-most wall, and the first stash of Rogue's Purse is in a little nich that the Jogre's can't get into, I recommend, turning run on the whole time you are there, and turning the Protect from Melee prayer on right before a Jogre hits you (that is, if you have the use of that prayer.)

Jungle Spiders:Jungle spider
They are not shown on the mini-map, which makes avoiding them impossible, they don't poison, but they do hit 3s quite a lot, so turn run on anytime you encounter them.
