Walkthrough
1) Find Red bread Frank who is located on Port Sarim docks, ask if he knows of any treasure, and guess what? he does, he'll tell you where it is if you get him some Karamaja rum.

2) Talk to the sailors on the dock, and go over to Karamaja, go into the first house you see as you step of the boat, and ask for a job, on his plantation, you'll get a job. While talking he'll also mention that his shipments don't get searched so its a great place to hide the rum, as it will get confiscated if taken on the ship in your inventory.
3) Head over to the bar and buy one Karamaja rum, and then go into the plantation and pick about 10 banana's, place the banana's and then the rum into the crate next to the hut.

4) You'll be back on the mainland and now you need to find where the shipment of banana'a and rum is being held, this is where your apron is needed.
Head over to the food shop and try to enter the door to the storage area, Wydim will stop you, ask for a job and put on your apron and you'll get the job, try entering the door and you'll be allowed search the crates until you get the rum.
5) Head back to Red Beard Frank, and hand over the rum, he'll hand over a key.
Finding the treasure - Part 1
6) Head over to the blue moon in, opposite the sword shop in Varrock and head upstairs and you'll find a chest, use the key with the chest and you'll find a note which says, "Visit the city of the White Knights, in the park Saradomin points to the X which marks the spot.".

7) Make sure you've got a spade for this next step.
Head over the Falador and into the Falador Garden, and you'll see a statue on the ground there'll be a big dirt cross, dig in the middle, if you don't find anything keep digging around this area.
Once you've found the treasure the quest is complete.
