Walkthrough

To start
1) To start head over to the church of Lumbridge, and talk to Father Aereck, he'll tell you about a ghost haunting the graveyard and asks you to get rid of it.

2) If you try talking to the ghost you'll get a unreadable constant message of who's, so you'll need a ghostspeak amulet which gives you the magical ability to understand the ghost, to get this head into Lumbridge swamps and find a little house with one person inside, talk to him and tell him the Father Aereck sent you'll, you'll have a brief conversation and then he'll hand you the ghostspeak amulet,

The ghost
3) Head into Lumbridge graveyard and find he ghost located in the small shed to the south east corner of the graveyard, you'll be able to understand what he says and you'll learn he cannot leave the area as his skull is missing from inside the coffin, he suspects it was Warlocks.

4) Head over the the Wizards tower and go downstairs into the basement, find a room with an altar, and search the altar you'll find the skull and a level 13 skeleton will jump out at you, attack it or run.

Returning the head to its rightful owner
5) Go back to the graveyard and use the skull with the coffin, a short cutscene will start and then you've completed the quest.
