Walkthrough

The Duke
1) Enter Lumbridge castle, and go up one level, enter one of the rooms, and talk to Duke Horacio, he'll give you an air talisman,

Wizards Tower
2) You'll have to deliver this air Talisman to Sedridor in the Wizards Tower, step down the first ladder once inside the tower and find Sedridor in the closest room to yourself.

Research Package
3) You'll be given a research Package, deliver this to Aubury who is located in the rune shop in Varrock, just south of varrock east bank.

4) Talk to Aubury again, and you'll be handed some notes, take them back to Sedridor in the Wizards Tower and you'll have completed the quest.

Quest Complete!
