Walkthrough

Hetty
1) Hetty is located in a house within rimmington, talk to her and start the quest, you'll have to find three ingredients, burnt meat, rats tail, eye of newt and an onion.

Burnt meat
2) Head to the cow pen north of rimmington, kill a cow, cooks its eat once if it didn't burn cook once again and it'll be burnt.

Rats tail
3) In the house in front of Hetty's there are a few rats kill one rat and it'll drop a tail (only these rats drop tails)

Eye of newt
4) Buy from the magic shop in Port sarim

Onion
5) Just north of Hetty's house, on the road you come down to enter rimmington, there's a field pick an onion

The potion
6) Head back to Hetty and hand over the ingredients she'll mix then in her cauldron, and ask you to drink from the cauldron drink from it and the quests complete.
